We have One and Two Bedroom Apartments.

Most of the apartments at Chapel Hill - West Apartments are all bills paid (water, sewer, gas and electric).

We offer different floor plans at this property. We offer 2 floor plans on the 1 BR (660sqf) & (670sqf). And for our 2 BR 1 bath (850sqf) & 2 BR 2 bath (1100sqf).

Please note that the smaller (660sqf) 1 BR units are not all bills paid, you will have to cover your elect.

We also have covered parking for your vehicle.

We are also about 1,200 feet from The T bus line on route 25; we are within minutes of downtown Fort Worth and the Trinity River.


Pets

Small pets are allowed, with a pet deposit.  Service animals will also be allowed with appropriate documentation. Per City of Fort Worth requirements, you will be required to provide a copy of the paperwork showing the pet has current shots. This is required to be current and on file with Management.

POLICIES

Following is a summary of our policies. These will be explained in more detail and included in the rental lease that must be signed before move-in.

Lease/Deposit
We require a 12 month lease, 6 month in some cases. There is no application fee. The deposit is refundable when the unit is vacated, all rent is paid and proper notice was given.

Any deposit paid to hold an apartment for you before you move in is non refundable after 48 hours.

Laundry Room
We have 3 laundry rooms for residents' use, which contains coin-operated machines. The laundry rooms are secured 24/7 but easily accessible with your key and available 24 hours a day.

Tenant Expectations
Due to the way our apartments are arranged, we ask that residents make every effort to be considerate of their neighbors. We strive to maintain the peaceful atmosphere our residents have come to expect, and we ask that everyone contribute to maintaining this atmosphere.
